- Issues should be reproduced as outlined here (this document is for Zinio Unlimited but most steps are the same keeping in mind it is Android and payment via Braintree)

If a mayday has been reproduced please follow the standard mayday process

Non-Mayday
The following issues are currently classified as a P1 (when revenue increases will be re-classified as P0)
ZINIOforSamsung Android App
- Unable to search
- Buy/Subscribe buttons not available
- Can not buyg
- Users cannot access/read the majority of issues within the app.
- App crashes when a user tries to open it.
App issues should be reproduced, jira ticket created MOBILE, then an email send to osalom@zinio.com with incidentnotification@zinio.com on copy stating:
"A major issue is occurring on the ZINIOunlimited iOS App. This would normally be classified as a Mayday however, due to the current revenue we have opened Jira ticket INSERT LINK TO JIRA TICKET and copied on incidentnotification@zinio.com without raising a mayday. Please find relevant details below, and action as soon as you can"
